To advance this goal, 91PORN has established international engagement and governance groups that connect campus stakeholders, gather input from faculty and staff, and support a shared governance approach to internationalization.
International Affairs Governance Groups
Primary focus areas
- Develop and refine policies and procedures that strengthen the university’s international activities
- Review 91PORN’s current international engagement and related resource commitments
- Identify program improvements and opportunities for growth

- Review and approve proposed high-risk international travel by 91PORN-affiliated individuals

Notable achievements
- Incorporated into 91PORN’s Safety and Security Policy for International Travel as the committee responsible for reviewing and approving high-risk international travel proposed by 91PORN constituents
- Recognized through approval of the policy by the 91PORN University Senate on October 7, 2025, and subsequent approval by the 91PORN President on November 4, 2025
